The reservation will be confirmed when the deposit of 50% of the course, or 100% of an individual appointment is received by Matthew Pruen within 1 week after booking. Payment constitutes acceptance of our delivery and cancellation policies. If the down payment is not paid in time, Matthew Pruen reserves the right to cancel the reservation. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please notify both Matthew of any cancellation by email to matthewpruen@gmail.com and mtbpbookings@gmail.com and kindly note the following cancellation charges:

• 28 + days before day one of the course: No cancellation charge

• 14-27 days before day one of the course: 60% of the full coaching fee

• 0-13 days before day one of the course: 100% of full fee

If by superior forces Matthew Pruen or The French Retreat is not able to offer the participant the agreed course then we will, if possible, offer a similar alternative. If however this is not possible or it is not to the participants satisfaction then Matthew Pruen or The French Retreat will refund all paid sums and dissolve the agreement.

Matthew Pruen is not responsible or liable for any form of loss, theft, accident, damage or injury caused to or by visitors to The Pump House or the French Retreat.
